Hi, I’m Rosie
My meditation practice began when I was in college and has been a constant in my life ever since (that's not to say that there haven't been times when my practice wasn't as regular). Meditation has always been a source of strength for me, something I carry with me, a part of who I am. This practice, which I learned from my teachers at the Himalayan Institute, has helped me discover more of who I truly am, bringing a greater measure of peace and happiness to my life. I'm excited to share it with you in this six-week course and I hope that you, too, will discover something in meditation that will be a constant companion to you as you journey through life.
