Stef, an RYT-500 certified yoga instructor, began teaching in 2020 and has since pursued advanced training, specializing in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. With a background in dance, gymnastics, and a recent interest in Qi Gong, she brings creativity and consistency to her classes, empowering students to build skills and confidence. Stef is passionate about making yoga accessible and authentic, fostering wellness and self-regulation. Beyond yoga, she enjoys reading, photography, hiking, and time with her husband and pets.
